Indication / Traitement Holly :

Les Fleurs de Bach sont une méthode sûre et naturelle de guérison. Ils rétablissent en douceur l'équilibre entre le corps et l'esprit en chassant les émotions négatives telles la peur, la haine, l'inquiétude, et l'indécision qui interfèrent avec l'équilibre de l'être dans son ensemble. Les Fleurs de Bach favorisent la paix et le bonheur et permettent corps de se libérer et guérir de l'état de «victime».

Posologie

Les Fleurs de Bach peuvent être prises soit dans une bouteille de 30ml/1once remplie d'eau de source dans laquelle on insère 4 gouttes de l'essence (4 fois par jour) jusqu'à ce que le soulagement soit obtenu - ou deux gouttes dans un verre d'eau (buvez-le à intervalles réguliers).

Si l'eau n'est pas disponible ces gouttes essentielles  peuvent être prises non diluées, soit dans la bouche, sur la peau derrière les oreilles ou sur l'intérieur du poignet.

Pour préparer une bouteille de traitement : remplir la bouteille avec de l'eau de source fraîche et ajouter 2 gouttes de chaque remède. Vous pouvez combiner jusqu'à 6 ou 7 remèdes dans une bouteille de traitement. Comme agent de conservation (en option ), vous pouvez utiliser l'eau de vie, vinaigre de cidre ou de la glycérine végétale, 1 c. dans la bouteille de traitement.
