Suggested Use
Adults :
Blend 3 packets into 1 L water, drink 10-15 minutes before exercise and every 20 minutes when exercising, in small quantities at regular intervals.
Take with food and few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking other potassium-containing supplements or with potassium-containing salt-substitutes.
