New Roots Herbal’s Vitamin B6 contains two forms of vitamin B₆: 20 mg of pyridoxine hydrochloride, and 5 mg of pyridoxal‑5′‑phosphate per capsule.
Ingredients
Each vegetable capsule contains:
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 20 mg Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5′‑phosphate) 5 mg
Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide in a non‑GMO vegetable capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.
Suggested Use
Adults:
Take 1–4 capsules daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner.
