Recommended Dose: Children 3-12 years old: Blend, shake, or briskly stir one scoop (30 g) of Ultracare for Kids into 237-296 ml (8-10 fl oz) of water daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications.
