Ingredients

Natural valerian juice pressed from fresh plants.
This product contains no alcohol, preservatives or additives.
Do not contaminate by drinking directly from the bottle.  
To preserve the product keep refrigerated at all times after opening. 
Use within 2 weeks. Shake bottle well before use.

Serving suggestion

Use within 8 weeks of opening.
Adults: 1/4 measuring capful (5 mL) 1-2 times daily, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Take a single dose (1/4 measuring capsule/5ml) 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime.
Take an earlier dose (1/4 measuring capsule/5ml) a couple of hours prior to bedtime if necessary.
Do not take more than one measuring capful/10ml per day.

Cautions

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.
Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia).
Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.

Known adverse reactions

Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness within 2 hours of consumption.
