Suggested Use
Adults:
2 capsules 3 times per day with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency; do not take if you have a copper deficiency Discontinue treatment if symptoms of diarrhea, constipation, dizziness, gastric pain, visual disturbances, unsteadiness, nausea, tremor, imbalance, irritable bowel, skin rash, and headaches appear; consult a healthcare practitioner. Discontinue use if you experience joint pain.
