Suggested Use
Powdered: Consume ½ tsp. to 1 tsp. teaspoon per day. It can be consumed through recipes, such as traditional curry.
Infusion: 1 g to 1.5 g of powder in 150 ml of boiling water for 10 to 15 minutes. Drink up to 2 cups a day.
