Medicinal Ingredients (per dose unit):

  • Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora) – 70mg

  • Baical Skullcap Root (Scutellaria baicalensis, Root) – 70mg

  • California-poppy – 70mg

  • Micro active melatonin(N-[2-(5-Methoxy-1H-indol-3-yl)ethyl]acetamide) – 10mg (150mcg active melatonin)

  • L-Theanine – 200mg

  • L-Ornithine ((S)-2,5-Diaminopentanoic acid) – 200mg

  • Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia, Flower) – 70mg (5 : 1, QCE 350mg)

Non-medicinal ingredients

Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose , Vegetable Stearic Acid


Suggested Use

Recommended Dose

  • Adults: 1 Capsule 1 time per day

  • Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Take once a day, at or before bedtime.

  • Avoid direct light

  • Store away from children

  • Store in a cool dry place

Duration of Use : For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a health care practitioner.


Cautions

Cautions and Warnings:

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.

Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia).

If you are taking prescription medications, consult a health care practitioner prior to use.

If you have one of the following conditions, consult a health care practitioner prior to use: asthma, cardiovascular disease, chronic kidney disease, depression, diabetes or hypoglycaemia, hormonal disorder, immune system disease, liver disease, migraine, or seizure disorders.

Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative and/or analgesic properties is not recommended.

If you are taking one of the following medications, consult a health care practitioner prior to use: anticoagulant, anticonvulsant, blood pressure medications, immunosuppressive medications, sedative, hypnotic, or psychotropic medications, or steroids.

Contraindications:

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Known Adverse Reactions

Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.

Mild gastrointestinal symptoms (nausea, vomiting, or cramping) have been known to occur in which case, discontinue use.

Some people may experience diarrhoea.

Rare allergic reactions have been known to occur in which case, discontinue use.
