• Inositol (inositol hexanicotinate)... 120 mg

Encapsulated in a gelatin capsule (gelatin, purified water) with cellulose and vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Dosage : 

1 capsule daily with a meal or as directed by a health care practitioner.Caution: Do not exceed recommended dose except on the advice of a health care practitioner.
