in easy-to-swallow vegetarian capsules

Non-medicinal ingredients:

Recommended dose

Adults: Add ¼ c. tea (1.25 g) of powder a glass of water or juice three times daily. Mix well until all powder is dissolved and taken with food. Avoid taking this product at bedtime. It should be used for at least 4 weeks to produce a beneficial effect. Keep cool and dry. MSM may deposit during its conservation. Shake the bottle before use.
