Melatonin supports a normal circadian rhythm for healthy sleep patterns, and provides support for GI health via its antioxidant effect. B6 (as P-5-P) and magnesium support protein synthesis, GABA production, dopa to dopamine conversion, and structural and dynamic functions including modulation of enzyme activities.
Each 1/2 tablet contains
Medicinal ingredients: - Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal-5-phosphate) 5 mg - Magnesium (as magnesium glycinate) 25 mg - Melatonin 1.5 mg
Other Ingredients: Stearic acid (vegetable source), modi ed cellulose gum, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), and food glaze.
This product is gluten free.
Suggested Use
One-half (1⁄2) tablet before bedtime as a dietary supplement or as otherwise directed by a healthcare professional. For adult use only.
Cautions
Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. If you are taking one of the following medications, consult a health care practitioner prior to use: anticoagulant, anticonvulsant, blood pressure medications, immunosuppressive medications, sedative, hypnotic or psychotropic medications, or steroids. If you have one of the following conditions, consult a health care practitioner prior to use: asthma, cardiovascular disease, chronic kidney disease, depression, diabetes or hypoglycaemia, hormonal disorder, immune system disease, liver disease, migraine, or seizure disorders. If symptoms persist continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia), consult your health care practitioner. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not use this product. For adult use only. Mild gastrointestinal symptoms (nausea, vomiting, or cramping) have been known to occur in which case, discontinue use. Rare allergic reactions have been known to occur in which case, discontinue use.
Not recomended for pregnant women. Do not use before or during operation of a motor vehicle or heavy equipment. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry area. Sealed with an imprinted safety seal for your protection.
