Directions: Adults - Take two (2) capsules three (3) times daily with food or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Stop use and seek medical attention immediately if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heart beat and/or difficulty breathing. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family or if you have liver or gall bladder disorders, bowel obstruction and/or a bile duct obstruction. Discontinue use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble (such as abdominal pain, dark urine or jaundice). Hypersensitivity, such as an allergy, has been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use. People sensitive to nicotinic acid may experience flushing of the skin that is generally mild and transient.
