Dosage

Medicinal Ingredients - Per Tablet

• Blueberry Fruit Extract - (5:1 equal to 2000 mg dry berries): 400 mg, 

• Lutein (Tagetes erecta L. (flower): 5 mg 

Properties Of The Ingredients

• Lutein: Found in marigold flowers, spinach and other green leafy vegetables. According to clinical studies you should take at least 5 mg of lutein per day. This is done most easily by taking a supplement.

• Blueberries: Blueberries are a super fruit that historically have been linked to healthy eyes, given their content of flavonoids phyto-ingredients.
