Amino SportTM contains a small (approximately 10 mg) of lactose from whey. A sufficient amount of lactase has been added to support lactose digestion.

Suggested Use
Three (3) capsules two (2) to four (4) times each day as a dietary supplement or as otherwise directed by a healthcare professional.
Cautions
If symptoms persist or worsen, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. If you have diabetes or have kidney or liver disease, consult a health care practitioner prior to use.
Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have Parkinson?s disease, tardive dyskinesia or are taking antidepressant drugs such as MAOIs or SSRIs or other anti-psychotic medications.
If you have a milk allergy or Phenylketonuria (PKU), do not use this product. Headaches, heartburn, bloating and hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) have been known to occur; in which case discontinue use.
